      Hit chest hard last night and it felt good. I love the hammer strength machines.

      4 sets of wide grip presses
      4 sets of decline presses
      4 sets of incline presses
      4 sets of pec deck

      Made sure to warm up and didn't count those sets. After the second set of wide grip presses, I was so pumped that my chest felt like it was going to explode. Love it!!

      Was still sore from the chest session but went in and did some light arms just to get a pump going. Going to be taking a few days off for a long weekend. Will be back next week to keep it going.

      If anyone has any questions or comments just let me know.

      Took a few days off to spend with the family but back at it. Last night was able to hit back, Bi/Tri and some Traps

      Not sure on all the sets as I kind of got lost in the pump. LOL

      Seated Pulldowns Negative Grip 6 or 7 sets
      Seated Rows 4 Sets
      Straight Arm Pulldowns 4 sets

      DB Curls SS with Hammer Curls 4 sets
      Preacher Curls 4 sets

      Rope Pushdowns 4 sets

      Hit some shoulders last night. I have to work around a couple of injuries so I usually break shoulder up.

      Side laterals 6 sets
      Rev Grip Front Raises 5 sets

      Real quick but got the blood pumping and will hit them again this afternoon.

      Wide Hammer Press - 5 sets
      Decline Hammer Press - 5 sets
      One arm cable crossovers - 4 sets

      There was so much blood in my chest that I went numb. IF you have never had this happen it is a crazy feeling.
