      Back felt really good and just did bi and tris last night.

      Focused on Tris
      Straight arm pushdowns 5 sets
      wide grip V grip pushdowns 4 sets
      Close grip V pushdowns 4 sets

      Preacher curls 5 sets
      Hammer cable curl 5 sets

      Bis always seem to blow out when I do tris first. Will hit bi by themselves later this week.

      Things are starting to kick in and feeling good. Had a good chest workout last night, still having to go light but just go slow and focus on the squeeze.

      Incline Hammer Press 5 sets
      Wide Hammer Press 5 sets
      Seated one arm side press 4 sets
      Low pullie side ext 5 sets ( This is something new that I have addes and it really hits hard. )

      Still have a slight pump this morning.

      Pushing 7 weeks, so the EQ should start really working it's magic soon!

      Had some things out of town this weekend so no training. I have found that take a few days to recover at my age helps in the long run. Not sure what I will hit this afternoon, may just play it by ear and see when I get there. Have decided to put some KT tape on the right shoulder and see how it will respond this week.

      Gym was full yesterday so worked around everyone.

      Focused on Back
      Pulldowns - Neutral Grip 5 sets
      One arm Pulldown 4 sets
      Wide Grip Pulldowns 4 sets
      Seated Rows 5 sets
      Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets

      Cable Shrugs 5 sets

      Everything felt really good, put some KT Tape on the old shoulders and it is feeling good.
