      i know it isnt optimal and most people would frown upon it but if it is the tbol that is causing the appetite issue. you can always opt for taking it before bed at the full dose. i have done this with dbol and drol with both myself and clients that it has that effect on their appetite. it does help to offset the eating issues with most people

      If it continues I will try it. I think the eating may be from just being sick.

      Yesterday was a off day but I still ended up at the gym and hit Tri's.

      Felt good and got a great pump. Super setts w/rope pushdowns with Ez curl pushdowns for 10 sets and finished off with good old v bar push downs for 7 sets.

      Still struggling with not eating enough but I think I might have figured out a few things over the last few days... will be making a few changes and seeing how it goes over the weekend. Will let everyone know next weeks for sure.

      Had several good session in the gym in the last few days and it feel like the old body is responding well. I have decided that I will adjust my macros and focus on shedding a few of the extra pounds that I have. This should help with the stomach issues.

      Started to notices that my forearms are more vascular. The change in diet should really help.

      Last night was a rest day and it felt good to just relax. Ready to get back and hit it this afternoon. Doing a modified Keto diet so lets see how this turns out.

      Hit back last night and it felt good.

      Seated machine pull downs with neutral grip 7 sets
      Seated Rows one are at a time for 3 sets and both arms for 2 sets
      Hammer high rows 2 sets - started to feel a pull in my lower back and decided to not continue
      Straight arm pull downs 5 sets

      Getting the diet lined out has been harder than I had expected. Just getting in the calories is a workout all by itself.

      Had several good training session over the last several days. I am up over 5 pounds and have been getting in a lot of red meat and chicken. I have finally got this keto thing dialed in. Have cut out all the junk food and focusing on getting in quality food and supplementing if I need it.

      Looking forward to seeing what the next several weeks will produce.
